Booking procedure
To book your holiday with us send an e-mail to:
alteatroditavignano@gmail.com
kindly communicating the following information:
- Number of guests and desired housing solution
- Date of arrival and departure
- E-mail address and telephone contact
Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail confirming the availability and the cost. The reservation will be valid once the deposit has been paid, equal to 20% of the amount.
The deposit will be returned if you cancel 30 days from the start date of the stay.
The balance will be paid on site.

Rates
Daily rate per apartment:
Starting from € 110 L’Olmo studio apartment
Starting from € 240 La Quercia attic apartment
It is also possible to rent the entire structure of 12 places, upon request.
(minimum booking 3 nights - Discount for weekly rentals)
Check-in: from 17.00 to 20.00
Check-out: before 10.30
The rate includes: water, electricity, gas, linen with weekly change, wi-fi in the internal rooms, use of the swimming pool, games and relaxation areas, uncovered parking space.
The rate does not include end-of-stay cleaning which is paid separately.
€ 50 for the L’Olmo studio apartment
€ 100 for the La Quercia attic apartment
